Activation Flow

  1. Obtain Key: Retrieve your license key from the Scoutline Enterprise Portal.
  2. Inject Key: Add the key to your .env file as SCOUTLINE_LICENSE_KEY.
  3. Verification: During startup, the Bootstrap service validates the key against our Global API.

Seat Management

Self-hosted instances allow for flexible seat management within the firm’s private perimeter. The internal admin dashboard provides granular controls for:
  • User Provisioning: Manually adding or syncing legal team members via LDAP/AD.
  • Role Assignment: Defining access levels for the Vault and Intelligence Canvas.

Success-Case Fees

Even in self-hosted environments, automated filings and major drafting jobs are subject to successful outcome-based fees, calculated and reported via the encrypted telemetry link.
