At the heart of the “Legal OS” is the Entity Node—a structured representation of people, companies, facts, and statutes.

Node Types

  • Entity Node: Represents a party (e.g., Plaintiff, Witness, Corporation).
  • Fact Node: Represents a specific event verified by evidence.
  • Legal Node: Represents a statute, case law, or court rule.
  • Link Node: Defines the relationship between other nodes (e.g., “Owned By,” “Contradicts,” “Supports”).

Interaction Patterns

  • Hover: Preview the metadata of the entity.
  • Double-Click: Open the node’s full case file from the Vault.
  • Click-and-Drag: Create a relationship link between two nodes.

Agentic Node Creation

Type /node followed by a description (e.g., /node Add XYZ Corp as a Defendant) and our agent will automatically provision the node and search for related metadata in the Vault.
